The City Hotel Oberland is a comfortable 3-star hotel with 167 rooms located in the heart of Interlaken. The hotel is within 5 minutes walking distance to the Interlaken-West railway station, next to a bus stop and near shopping and numerous other Interlaken attractions.

The City Hotel Oberland features 3 restaurants: the "Chalet" for traditional, local cuisine, the "Mercato" for Italian specialties, and the "Spice India", the only authentic restaurant in the region offering Indian menus. Additional facilities include the "Chalet-Bar", a cozy meeting place with weekly Swiss folklore entertainment, "Las Rocas" Latino Coffee-Bar with Internet corner. Also at the City Oberland you will find a large lounge, a gift shop and a hairdresser & beauty salon. Several vending machines for a variety of drinks and snacks are also available and free outdoor parking is nearby.

Description of Double Standard Room:

These rooms at the City Hotel Oberland are spacious, modern and comfortable which were recently renovated. They feature cable TV, radio, phone and safe; the bathroom has a bathtub including shower and a hair-dryer. All rooms have two Twin Beds (separated or pushed together). Smoking / non-smoking rooms are available on request.

Single Room: smaller room for one person; some with 1 Twin Bed, some with 1 Queen-size Bed

Double Superior: larger Double Room; completely renewed in 2006; with A/C

Triple Room: larger Double Standard Room with 3rd permanent bed
