The Hotel Krebs is a 4-star property and has opened its doors again in May 2008 after a complete renovation. This new boutique hotel has successfully combined classic architecture and Swiss tradition with modern interior design, and provides its visitors with the utmost of comfort. The Hotel Krebs is also one of the few hotels in Interlaken with an Air-Con-Climate System. This system is automatically turned on when the exterior air temperature exceeds 25 degrees centigrade (77 d. Fahrenheit). Their restaurant specializes in French-Asian cuisine and travelers will also find a trendy bar and lobby, and a lounge and a garden terrace. The Hotel Krebs features 37 rooms and 7 suites (one suite is specially designed for handicapped). All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, bath, shower, television, radio, CD player, tea and coffee facilities, safe and hairdryer. All standard rooms have two Twin Beds (separated or pushed together); smoking / non-smoking rooms are available on request.
