Directions on how to get there
By public transportation:
At the Thun railway station, take busline no. 1 in direction of Steffisburg until Berntor (3rd stop). You can also reach the hotel on foot within 15 minutes. Walk down Bahnhofstrasse until Maulbeerplatz. Cross the two arms of the Aare river and turn left into the pedestrian zone (Obere Hauptgasse, followed by Untere Hauptgasse). Then continue straight for about 150 m on Marktgasse. The hotel is now right opposite to you.
By Car:
From Zurich/Geneva/Berne take the highway A6 towards Thun and exit Thun-Nord. Follow the signs direction to Thun/Gunten for about 1.5 km on the main road / Obere Bernstrasse. The hotel is located just before the 3rd roundabout, on your right-hand side.
It is possible to leave your car for a short while in front of the hotel. Apart from that, parking spaces need to be rented in the hotel’s garage (please do reserve in advance). They allow for a direct access to your room. Next door public parking City Nord on Grabenstrasse provides further parking possibilities.
