Directions on how to get to Hotel Freienhof

Public transportation:
From the railway station "Thun" turn left and walk until you get to the roundabout / Frutigenstrasse. Take the first street out and continue on the Freienhofgasse for approx. 190 meters and you will see the Hotel Freienhof to your right. It is about 5 minutes walk from the train station.
There is also a public bus that runs every 10 - 15 minutes, right out of the train station. Or take one of the taxis in front of the station.

By car:
From Zurich/Geneva/Berne take the highway A6 towards Thun. Leave it at the Exit Thun-Süd, direction Gunten, Thun-Süd and head 150 meters towards Thun. You will get to a roundabout – leave it on its second exit called Hohmadstrasse. Stay for about 950 meters in Hohmadstrasse and take a right into Buchholzstrasse. Follow for 55 meters and take a left into Talackerstrasse. Follow Talackerstrasse for 750 meters and take a left into Frutigenstrasse. Follow it for 460 meters, until you get into a roundabout which you leave at the second exit and follow the Frutigenstrasse for another 675 meters. You will get to the roundabout Maulbeerplatz, which you leave at the second exit into Freiengasse. Follow the Freiengasse for 190 meters and you will see the Hotel Freienhof to your right.
