If you wish to explore these new shores, SwissTrails offers a 115 km 6 day canoe safari on the Aare or day trips along the gentle waters. The certified canoeing and rafting organisers guarantee you a safe and professional trip. They are also on hand to ensure that no one ends up caught in the reeds so that there's more time to enjoy exploring the landscapes and nature - or for a refreshing dip!

Requirements
Our daily stages are designed so that you are on the water for around 3-5 hours per day.

Boats / Equipment
Our prices include full kit hire:

Depending on river and water level: hard Canadian canoe, inflatable canoe or raft
Paddle, life jacket and, if required (depending on water temperature), a wetsuit
Safety kit such as a rescue bag etc.
Transport of equipment

The Canadian canoe boats offer space for 2 to 3 people with ample storage space. The boats are stable and secure in the water and as such are suitable for beginners.
