Routes / Signposts All national and regional routes throughout this land of mountain biking use the same signposting system. The national routes use one digit route numbers and the regional routes two digit numbers. The signposts won't let you down so that you can leave your route guide in your saddle bag. See abo ve for an overview of all the national mountain biking routes and stage destinations.
Guidebooks A guidebook is available for each route (in German and French, Alpine Bike also in english!), published by Swiss Sports Publishing. The guidebooks contain maps and wealth of additional valuable information and are included in the price.
Dificulty Categories Our daily stages are arranged so that you complete approx. 3-5 hours of biking each day to reach the next stage destination. The biking times and height differences are more challenging for the Alpine Bike route. This route requires good physical fitness and experience of downhill biking.
