By public transportation:
Upon arriving at the Zermatt Railway Station look for the information booth and call the Hotel for shuttle service. Or walk along Main Street to the right, and then to the left at the first intersection (Photo Shop); after approx. 100 meters the Hotel Nicoletta is to your right (across the street of the ice-skating rink).
By car:
Drive to Taesch, from where you need to take the train to Zermatt. Then follow the instructions above (public transportation).
