I live such a hectic life so I decided to get help on the internet about travel in Switzerland. I was very lucky that an inquiry I placed in one of the websites that came up in my search landed with Pepe. Loved his unbelievable patience and prompt, detailed replies to my million questions. Thanks to Pepe – I spent the best 4 days of my Europe trip in Switzerland – Zurich, Jungfrau/Top of Europe Tour, Chur, Bernina Express, Lugano. He definitely knows his Switzerland! Itinerary is well written, with maps, detailed instructions along with train/bus tickets/brochures and hotel/tour vouchers. I was also traveling solo but did not get lost once or feel concerned because I had everything that I needed to just enjoy the moment! He also gave me some extra tips to my other destinations.

I actually had 2 other tours with different agents booked locally ahead of this. Boy, am I glad I took my chance in trying out another one as Magic Switzerland turned out to be the BEST! So if there is something I could ask for – it is for Magic Switzerland to spread their magic to more destinations in the world than what they currently have. After this great experience and knowing a travel company like Magic Switzerland exists, there will be no need to look elsewhere for my future trips.
