The Hotel Schönegg in the centre of Wengen is one of the oldest houses in this authentic mountain village and perfectly located for excursions in the Jungfrau area (and right next to the skiing slopes). The cozy hotel was completely renovated in 2012 and welcomes guests with state-of-the-art comfort combined with the alpine charm of the turn of the century. Hotel Schönegg features 20 rooms and two restaurants. The Restaurant 1903 which serves a variety of quality cuisine using local, seasonal ingredients was awarded 14 Gault Millau points. The traditional restaurant Stübli attracts locals as well as foreign guests.

Description of Small Double Room

The Small Double Rooms feature a balcony. All rooms are lovingly decorated with solid wood furniture and equipped with free WIFI, Twin beds, TV, radio and hairdryer. Most of the rooms are facing south and offer a magnificent view of the Jungfrau.

Family Room: consisting of two connected rooms – a parents’ room with a double bed and a smaller children’s room with bunk beds; one full bathroom, and an additional sink in one of the rooms; two balconies to the east side and with a view onto the Jungfrau massif
