The quiet 3-star Hotel Welschen is situated next to Sunnegga Station in Zermatt. It is a family run hotel that combines old traditions with personal service for a typical Swiss experience. The location away from the busy village streets next to the Sunnegga express makes it an excellent choice for active travelers, but it is also close enough to Zermatt and its boutiques and restaurants. The Hotel Welschen has a breakfast room where guests will receive a nice buffet breakfast.
