The Grand Hotel Suisse-Majestic is a traditional Belle-Époque 4-star hotel in Montreux with 140 rooms and overlooking lake and mountains on Lake Geneva. The hotel was originally built in 1870 and underwent a complete renovation that was finished in May of 2010. This top hotel is located in the city center of Montreux, just across the street of the Railway Station with the public bus station, and near shopping, steamboat landing stage and several major attractions. Facilities at the Grand Hotel Suisse-Majestic include the “Restaurant / Bar / Terrace / Lounge 45 au Suisse Majestic” where you can enjoy culinary highlights and the stunning view over the lake or relax in a comfortable Lounge or have a late night drink! The hotel also offers 6 conference and banqueting facilities in spacious saloons and the summer terrace with magnificent views of Lake Geneva and the Alps. During the summer month, the hotel has live music entertainment from Thursday to Monday.
Description of Double Standard Room
The Grand Hotel Suisse-Majestic offers spacious rooms which are individually decorated, with view of the streets and the mountains. Bathrooms have a tub including a shower (some with shower only) and a hair-dryer. All rooms are equipped with cable TV, radio, direct dial-in/dial-out phone, analog Internet connection, wireless LAN, mini-bar and air conditioning. The rooms feature 2 Twin Beds (separated or pushed together) and some rooms have one Double-Bed (queen- or king- size).
